Karim Harbott

Agile Centre Partner

Karim is a leadership and business agility expert, entrepreneur, author, non-executive director, and international keynote speaker. He has 20 years’ experience in digital product development, and over a decade of experience helping organisations with business agility, working with some of the most complex organisations anywhere in the world. Karim’s work involves advising on business agility, agile at scale, leadership development, culture change, strategy and innovation.

Karim stresses pragmatic, context-appropriate approaches over rigid out-of-the-box solutions. He has held several senior roles in the agile space including Head of Scaled Agile at global strategy consultancy McKinsey & Co where he led the development of their global agile transformation strategy.

Karim is one of only a handful of people globally to hold the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Educator, Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), and Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC) status. He is also an

ICF Professional Certified Coach® (PCC) and Certified LeadershipAgility® 360 Coach.
